We have had a phenomenal year. 2010 was very successful for us; in fact, August was our second highest closing month in 23 years. Real estate is not dead. It is very much alive! If you are buying, just look at the interest rates! Look at the property values! If you are selling, buyers are out looking. Get your houses in ship shape.
